L.A. GOAL, a longstanding Culver City nonprofit that supports the lives of adults with developmental disabilities, is excited to be hosting our annual community-integrated art show this June. Titled Junktion, this show is an exploration of transformation, connection, and the unexpected beauty of discarded or repurposed materials. This show features fine art, fiber art, and ceramics from our Artists with developmental disabilities employed in our professional art studio, Inside Out Productions, as well as submissions from the greater community of all abilities.
We are very excited to be partnering with Helms Design Center for the use of their gallery space for this one-day show. In addition to the show’s original artwork, we will also be selling a variety of products made or designed by our Artists at Inside Out Productions, including tie-dye clothing, greeting cards, patches, apparel and more.
A percentage of all proceeds from community artists will be donated to L.A. GOAL and the programs we provide.
This event is open to people of all ages and abilities.
