WOODLAND HILLS, CALIF. – The Los Angeles Rams have signed offensive lineman D.J. HUMPHRIES to a one-year deal, the team announced today.

Humphries has started all 100 regular season games that he’s appeared in over his nine-year NFL career with the Arizona Cardinals (2016-23) and Kansas City Chiefs (2024). He has also played in three postseason games (one start), logging 54 snaps for the Cardinals in 2021, the same year he was selected to the Pro Bowl. Humphries appeared in two games for the Chiefs last season after signing with the team in November and logged 87 offensive snaps.

The Union, N.C., native was originally selected by the Arizona Cardinals in the first round (24th overall) of the 2015 NFL Draft out of the University of Florida. Humphries appeared in 30 games (19 starts) at left tackle for the Gators over three seasons from 2012-14.
