Culver City Engine 41, Engine 43 and Battalion 41 were deployed as part of strike team XLA-1075A to the #MountainFire burning in Ventura County. They joined engine companies from the Santa Monica and Los Angeles Fire Departments. Firefighters are facing very difficult conditions and unfortunately have battled multiple burning structures today.
Dozens of Home along with numerous cars were destroyed in the Camarillo Heights area of Ventura County as Santa Ans winds spread the fire over a wide area.
Culver City Firefights have been deployed throughout California this summer assisting CalFire and other agencys to save lives and protect homes and businesses in those communities.
