Dear Editor,
During these challenging times, when we are inundated with harsh realities and where so much of what matters to me feels threatened, I am so pleased to be able to support a positive, local community-building opportunity. Jubilo Village will enable 93 families to afford to live/ stay in Culver City. By providing affordable housing on a major city boulevard, Jubilo Village makes it possible for our community to live up to our values of inclusion and diversity, to make our city accessible to more families, and to make better use of a large piece of land for housing in a city (and county) that is so short of housing, especially affordable housing. And the project is ready to go! Kudos to all the community members who have worked tirelessly to bring this project to fruition, and to our city council members who recognize its importance in our community.
