The West Los Angeles Chapter of the Sierra Club will meet on Thursday, May 8 for an evening with conservation photographers Amanda Thompson and Joe Doherty to discuss their exquisite photography of the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve. During this free educational event Amanda and Joe will talk about their experience photographing the 225-acre refuge, the diverse populations of birds, fish, and mammals that call the reserve home, and the importance of the Sepulveda Basin Wildlife Reserve as a protected sanctuary for migratory birds and other wildlife.
