RECOMMENDATION
Staff recommends that the Cultural Affairs Foundation Board (Foundation Board): Review assignments to subcommittees for Fiscal Year 2015/2016 as made at the last regular Foundation Board meeting on September 16, 2015 and make any changes as deemed appropriate.
BACKGROUND/DISCUSSION
At the regular meeting on September 16, 2015, the Foundation Board created three ad hoc subcommittees for FY 2015/16 and made assignments as follows:
• Culver City Chamber of Commerce - Klein / Rodgers / Wisnosky Stehlin
• Public Relations - Dickter / Klein / Rodgers
• Fundraising - Anlauf / Klein / Wisnosky Stehlin
Because there were two vacant Board seats in September when the Board last met, the Board requested that this item be brought back to the next meeting for review and further consideration.
FISCAL ANALYSIS:
Depending on the purview of a subcommittee, creation of subcommittees can involve the allocation of staff time.
